Why hello. Welcome! Where to begin? I suppose we should begin at the beginning. My name is Angela and I create art. I usually make art with paper, water, and watercolor. Indeed my first love is creating watercolor paintings, but wood panels, inks, pencils, oil pastels, and acrylic paint also lead me to different creative adventures. I love so many different artist tools, and I can express myself in different ways that it is hard to pick favorites. I love watching watercolor soak into cotton paper. I love the buttery feel of acrylic on wood panel. Creating swooshing lines with ink makes me feel like a kid again, Empress of All That Lies Before Me.

This is the chatty section of my website, my Mostly Art Blog. I will share art adventures, fun obsessions, and other tidbits. The saying that life is busy is indeed an understatement. I see this blog as a relaxing deep breath, a place to explore and as a little respite from our daily worries. You could be doing and reading other things so thank you for joining me.
